Welcome to the WltPe platform, owned and operated by YOKE PAYMENT INDIA PVT LTD ("WltPe"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our prepaid mobile/DTH recharge and bill payment services ("Services") accessed via the WltPe website, and mobile application, (collectively referred to as "WltPe"). By accessing or using WltPe, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any future modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our Services.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using WltPe, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by its terms. WltPe reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at its discretion, including for users under 18 years old.
2. Service Description WltPe provides a platform to purchase prepaid mobile/DTH recharge and make bill payments ("Recharge") through various payment methods. We facilitate payments to designated billers ("Biller(s)") based on Payment Instructions provided by you.
3. Payment and Fees You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. WltPe reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the WltPe website or notifying users through other channels. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds/limits in your Payment Account to cover Recharge transactions.
4. User Responsibilities (a) Provide accurate and complete Registration Data, Payment Data, and Biller Data. (b) Maintain and promptly update the above information to ensure its accuracy. (c) Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions while using WltPe. (d) Refrain from engaging in prohibited conduct as detailed in Section 7.
5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
Use WltPe for any unlawful purpose or in violation of this Agreement.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with the operation of WltPe or other users' enjoyment of the Services.
Engage in fraudulent activities or abuse the payment system.
6. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using WltPe, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy All Recharge sales are final. In case of non-delivery of Recharge after payment confirmation, please contact customer service for resolution. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 72 working hours to your WltPe Wallet.
8. Termination WltPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability WltPe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Services.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold WltPe harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WltPe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
First time user payout needs to be done after 72hrs.
One customer cannot make more than 2 payments in a month.
Any fraud reported by customer on HDFC account post intimation from bank end we will provide the documents against the fraud or will refund/reverse the amount.
Transaction limit for new user or existing user as per the agreement value also state the agreement value.
Rent agrement to be maintained for every user.
